Contest Details

Stand a chance to win Genting Dream Cruises and other prizes worth up to RM128,000 if the winners have been chosen at our discretion after the stipulated actions have been performed.

Requirements to join are as follows:

Participants must ensure that all personal information provided (including name, email, contact number, and mailing address) is accurate, complete, and up-to-date to the OGAWA staff. Any errors, omissions, or false details may result in disqualification, or prize forfeiture at the sole discretion of the organizer. The draw will be conducted in July, and winners will be announced after the verification and finalisation process.

Terms & Conditions

Organiser and Eligibility

This contest is open to all Malaysians aged 18 years and above.

Persons ineligible and excluded from this Contest are:

• Employees and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, brothers, and sisters) of Healthy World Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd. ('The Organizer').
• Employees of Resort World Cruises and their immediate family members.

Contest Period

1. The contest starts from 1st April 2025 to 30th June 2025.
2. Any entries received after the stipulated date will be disqualified. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the contest duration at any time.

Submission of Entries and Qualifying Criteria

1. To participate, participants must follow the requirements stated in the Contest Details section.
2. Each winner is entitled to win ONE (1) prize only for the entire duration of the contest.
3. The winners will be selected randomly through a computerized draw system after the campaign ends.
4. The selected winners will be notified via phone and/or email.
5. The selected winners will be required to attend the Prize Giving Ceremony. Date, time, and venue will be informed via phone and/or email.
6. Prizes must be collected during the ceremony. Any unclaimed prizes after the Prize Giving Ceremony will be forfeited.
7. OGAWA MALAYSIA (‘The Organizer’) reserves the right to verify the eligibility and disqualify entries that do not meet the requirements.
8. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions or cancel the contest if necessary, without prior notice.
9. By participating in this contest, participants hereby agree and give their full consent and rights to the Organizer to use the name, address, personal details, documents, photos, and information without any payment of royalty for advertising and publicity pertaining to the contest, either in print or electronic media or to contact the participants for market research purposes from time to time.
10. All decisions made by the Organizer shall be final. The Organizer will not entertain any request to appeal or review the decision made by The Organizer.

Prize Redemption

1. The selected winners will be notified via phone and/or email by the Organiser. The Organiser shall not be held liable in the event that the winner(s) cannot be contacted for whatever reason after at least one [1] attempt by the Organiser. All prizes must be claimed during the Prize Giving Ceremony. All unclaimed prizes after the Prize Giving Ceremony will be forfeited.

2. OGAWA (‘The Organiser’) reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes at any time without prior notice. The values of the prizes are correct at the time of printing. All prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or convertible to monetary value, credit, other items, or voucher, in part or in full.

3. All winners must abide by the terms and conditions of the parties arranging and/or providing for the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, if any.

*Note: Winner of Grand Prize: The passengers are required to pay related visa fees, port charges, gratuities, self-transportation to and from the Cruise terminal in Singapore, and any other incidental charges.
